19.45 - 20.15 - Buck's Fizz or orange Reception
20.15 - 23.55 - Modern Jive with inclusive wines, beers, soft drinks, chocolates, crisps, savouries, etc, etc.
23.55 - A glass of REAL Champagne for every guest to toast the start of 2019 - non-alcoholic fizz available too.
00.01 - Traditional New Year Madness, Auld Lang Syne, Hokey Kokey, Gay Gordons, etc
00.15 - The last few Modern Jive Dances 'til we end the night at 00.30
Please do your best to come in black tie or smart dress - no jeans please, not even clean and ironed ones! For guys this could just mean a dark suit, a shirt with a collar and a tie or even a bow tie - possibly a kilt! For the ladies this will usually mean a dress - not a ball gown, but a dress you can dance in and not get too hot - ladies need no telling what to wear.
Number are limited to 150 to ensure we have plenty of space to dance. We have reduced numbers each year as we are not trying to be the "biggest in town" just the most fun and the best value.
